Terms of Service
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Xento — the website, mobile app, and the quests, points, and rewards they offer. By creating an account or using Xento you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Xento.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Xento. You are responsible for the sign-in methods linked to your account and for everything done with it. One account per person: creating multiple accounts to farm points or rewards is not allowed.
Quests, points, and rewards
Quests describe steps to complete and the points or rewards they offer. Whether a step is complete — including whether a submitted proof is accepted — is decided by Xento, and our decision is final. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and can be adjusted or revoked if they were earned through cheating, automation, or error.
Rewards are limited and offered as described on each quest while supplies last. We may modify, pause, or end any quest at any time, but completed claims will be honored.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit fake, plagiarized, or misleading proof of quest activity;
- use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to earn points or rewards;
- interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or other users;
- use Xento for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and forfeit points or rewards earned in the process.
Third-party services
Signing in and some quests rely on third-party services such as Privy, Google, X, and YouTube, each governed by their own terms. Quests that involve a YouTube account are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Xento is not responsible for third-party services or the content you post on them.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit as quest proof. You grant Xento a license to store, review, and display it as needed to run the platform — for example, to verify a submission or resolve a dispute.
Disclaimers and liability
Xento is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xento and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. If a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, and continuing to use Xento after a change means you accept it. Questions can be sent to support@xento.org. Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
